Katie began her real estate journey in 2017 under the tutelage of Timothy Foy, broker and owner of Midtown Realty, Inc., focusing on buyer representation along the Peninsula. Katie worked closely with Joann Weber as a leasing agent while under Midtown Realty and transitioned with Joann to Midtown Management and Sales as a leasing and sales agent. Her unwavering dedication to clients- buyers, tenants, and housing providers alike- has enabled her to develop a reputation for honesty and integrity. Her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA gives her the foundation to continue educating herself on ever changing real estate and tenant protection laws, allowing her to better serve her clients.
