Tenant screening is essential to the success of finding the right tenants for your property. We pull a full credit report, and background check on each applicant. We verify employment, income, and rental history before the applicant is accepted as your future tenant.
We will provide monthly and yearly statements including 1099’s. We pay bills, insurance, HOA fees, gardening etc. on our behalf and they are deducted and explained on your monthly statements.
Midtown Management will write up and execute the leases. We enforce all terms that are agreed upon by the tenant and the landlord that are stated in the lease.
Midtown Management collects rent directly from the tenants through personal check or online payment options. Once rent is collected and any bills are deducted, we will deposit your proceeds directly to your bank account and email your monthly statement, or mail you your check and statement (depending on what you prefer).
Maintaining your property is a main priority to us. We will provide and initial move-in inspection, periodic inspections, and a move-out inspection to ensure the tenants are treating your property with respect. We have a large list of qualified vendors that we work with closely who can assist us with any maintenance requests in a timely manner.
